I have a 13.5 lb cavalier king charles spaniel. I got this in large because I saw the other review said it was small and I wanted the pocket to be big enough for her. Im 5'6 135 lb and the large is nice a roomy and comfy on me. The pocket is good sized for my dog. Because she is heavy it sags down low with her weight but I dont care. She loves it and keeps falling asleep in it. I think its great fun
